Interests
I frequently spend my time training in physical fitness, reading, outdoors, or working creatively. I enjoy cycling, theater, good literature, culinary arts, hiking, film, photography, writing, computers, web design, competitive games, nature, music, botany, geology and much more as well.
To overcome life's stresses I regularly practice meditation and exercise, and employ a healthy dietary regimen so I can keep going all day. Keeping a regular sleep schedule is also important to me in order to keep the immune system strong against illness, especially during months where outbreaks of the flu are prevalent. Having energy and staying healthy are always on the top of my list.
